MED-KAS Hydraulics specializes in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of DIN style and screw-in hydraulic manifolds, valve cavities, and sub plates. Given a hydraulic circuit schematic, designers can create a custom manifold for customers in the aviation, military, industrial machine, and agricultural equipment industries. We specialize in large manifolds, up to 120" x 60" x 42", but are also more than capable of manufacturing smaller sizes. In-house tooling can accommodate virtually any manufacturer’s valve designs, and additional custom tooling can be built as needed.
All work is performed to precision tolerances as tight as ±.0005". Full dimensional inspection and hydrostatic testing are completed by our experienced quality control department, which is able to meet virtually any to customer or industry specification. Our quality management system is ISO compliant and operates within all applicable Mil-Spec standards. We take pride in our reputation for responsiveness and quality products, and can accommodate rush orders when needed. Typical turnaround time for a production order is 5-8 weeks.
