MED-KAS Hydraulics is capable of precision CNC machining tight tolerance components up to 60" x 40" x 28". We can hold dimensional tolerances of ±.0005" while machining complex geometries on our CNC 4-axis horizontal machining centers, vertical machining centers, horizontal boring mills, and lathes. Machining capabilities include turning, threading, knurling, pocketing, profiling, and facing. Milling and turning centers are equipped with tool changers and pallet changers for fully automated manufacturing capabilities. These capabilities increase our machining capacity and lower overall costs. We machine most materials including steel, stainless steel, brass, titanium, and plastics.
We also offer a variety of ancillary services such as surface grinding, plating, anodizing, and assembly. Parts undergo deburring, cleaning, and dimensional inspection to ensure all customer expectations are met. Our customer base includes the aviation, military, agricultural equipment, and commercial manufacturing industries. All new tooling is fabricated in-house; we also possess a large inventory of existing tooling that can be used to machine all major manufacturers' valves. We specialize in small to medium sized production runs with a typical turnaround time of 5-8 weeks.
